Dr. Mumper is a pediatrician from Lynchburg, Virginia with a long history of patient advocacy. She previously served as the Director of Pediatric Education at the Lynchburg Family Practice Residency Program, a member of the clinical faculty at University of Virginia and medical director of the Autism Research Institute. She is an author of book chapters on allergy, immunology and behavioral and developmental pediatrics and has published peer-reviewed articles.

Dr. Mumper is currently in private practice and is a consultant to the Frontline Covid 19 Critical Care Alliance. She was instrumental in developing Covid-19 treatment protocols for children. Dr. Mumper was and remains a voice of reason providing common sense approaches to pediatric illness.

Dr. Sibley is an internal medicine physician in Tennessee with more than 25 years of experience. She has been a tireless advocate on behalf of public health. Dr. Sibley has distinguished herself as a community leader. As a member of Tennessee Freedom Doctors, she worked to share research and collaborate with the aim of preserving lives and defending medical freedom. Dr. Sibley treated more than 4,000 patients with hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin during the pandemic. Her efforts were essential in the passage of Tennessee SB288, which authorized the over-the-counter availability of ivermectin in consultation with a pharmacist.

Dr. Sibley has stood against medical tyranny armed with the truth.

Nate founded XLEAR Inc. in 2000, long before Covid-19.

He has been an advocate for the importance of basic hygiene in maintaining health, a fundamental principal of disease prevention.

During Covid-19, he noted that studies linked severe (often deadly) cases of Covid to patients with poor dental health. Together with dental health, he noted nasal hygiene also reduced the risks of infection or severity of the illness. He worked with others to petition the CDC to issue guidance on nasal hygiene. The CDC rejected this petition. In 2022, a clinical trial of healthcare workers using nasal hygiene reduced their risk of infection by 62%. In response to his work, the Federal Trade Commission sued him.

Valerie is the policy analyst for Stand for Health Freedom. She is a passionate advocate for health rights and family privacy. A mother of two with degrees in law and biochemistry, she guides advocates through complex health-rights policy. Her work is grounded by a love for American values and uncovering truth, and a passion for empowering others.

Valerie’s understanding of the value of freedom and health care choices has empowered her to keep her two boys alive and thriving. Her eldest son survived a rare and deadly cancer because her family was able to navigate medical care while holding onto values that were sometimes at odds with recommendations.

Valerie has been an advocate of parental rights particularly around birth and vaccines. She helped found the Birth Rights Bar Association.

Dianna is a health care policy advisor and networking expert with national and international experience. In 2017, she was appointed by the Trump White House to Senior Policy Advisor for Global Health. In this capacity, Ms. Lightfoot’s responsibilities included interacting with the Department of Education, HHS, and the State Department, coordinating on health-related issues as well as global security, education reform, migration, the environment, and human trafficking.

In 2021, she co-founded and became Policy Director of the North Carolina Physicians for Freedom. This network of hundreds of physicians, health care leaders and other medical professionals seeks to support medical freedom, patient choice, patient rights, and medical privacy, among other related issues.

Cece spent eight years raising funds to bring wireless technology into her children’s schools. Then she learned it was harmful, investigated the non-industry funded science, and helped her children’s schools become the first in the nation to take precautionary measures with wireless technology.

She established Massachusetts for Safe Technology to bring citizens together on this vital issue, and works with schools, communities, municipalities and legislatures to address wireless radiation and public health.

Cece is the Education Services Director with the international non-profit Wireless Education, which offers affordable 30-minute on-line training for schools and families.

Dr. Miller is a lifelong resident of Washington, Virginia where he currently lives with his wife. Their grandchildren represent the 10th generation of the Miller family to live in rural Rappahannock County, Virginia.

Dr. Miller is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine with 37 years of clinical experience in family and emergency medicine. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in biology. Academic honors include Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude. He attended medical school at the University of Virginia.

Dr. Miller currently practices in his hometown of Washington, Virginia, with his wife of 38 years, Ann Miller, FNP, at Miller Family Health and Wellness, PLLC. Their practice focus includes promotion of health and wellness, office based surgical procedures, as well as treatment, prevention and cure of chronic disease including Covid-19 and vaccine injury.

Christine Dolan is a broadcast and print investigative journalist, photographer, author, and recognized as one of the most seasoned investigators of human trafficking in the world.

Her career has focused on US and international politics and policy, wars/conflicts, humanitarian disasters, terrorist and criminal networks.

Since 2000, she has focused on human trafficking and terrorism worldwide on the street, and over the internet, as well as international politics and policy.

Dolan’s groundbreaking work in human trafficking report, Shattered Innocence – The Millennium Holocaust, was released at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., in 2001. It was endorsed by UK Detective Paul Holmes, the head of the Interpol Trafficking Committee and Arnold Burns, former US Deputy Attorney General of the United States.

Anne Craft Taydus is an education policy expert and child protection advocate. She is co-founder of Virginians for Children First and the founder of Parent Team Six, an organization dedicated to unifying child protection, education and constitutional advocacy groups across the Commonwealth of Virginia.

She is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University where she majored in both Electronic Print Journalism and Geopolitical War History of the 20th century.
