The Gardasil vaccine was marketed to protect women against cervical cancer caused by select strains of the human papillomavirus (HPV). However, since the initiation of this vaccine, a UK study found a 54% increase in the rate of cervical cancer.
Additionally, many who have taken the Gardasil vaccine have been crippled by neurologic disease, including Guillain Barre, a condition causing profound muscle weakness and disability.
