Emord\, Esq.\, has practiced constitutional law\, administrative law\, food and drug law\, deceptive advertising law\, libel law\, and unfair competition law before the federal courts and agencies. He is an expert litigator and knows how to defeat the administrative state. In fact\, he earned the nickname “FDA Dragon Slayer” by winning more cases against the Food and Drug Administration in federal court than any other attorney in American history.
