DESCRIPTION:Sheriff Richard Mack\, a twenty-year law enforcement officer in Utah and Arizona\, had the courage to defend the Constitution against the U.S. Congress — and the U.S. Supreme Court agreed with him! He and six other sheriffs won their case\, Printz v. United States\, in which the Court held that certain interim provisions of the Brady Bill violated the Tenth Amendment. \nMack’s case set a precedent that empowers law enforcement to resist laws that are unconstitutional and inspired him to found the Constitutional Sheriffs & Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) to teach public officials and citizens the Constitutional authority and responsibility that all public servants are sworn to protect and defend. \nDuring the last few years\, our local sheriffs and police departments have had to decide whether to obey the Constitution or the tyrannical dictates of federal\, state\, and local government officials. DESCRIPTION:Don’t miss VAMFA’s guest speaker…..TUESDAY\, June 13th \nDr. Sam Sigoloff\, a family medicine physician and US Army Major\, was one of three Department of Defense (DoD) physician whistleblowers about a dramatic increase in serious medical diagnoses in 2021 among military personnel after receiving the mandated COVID-19 vaccines. Dr. Sigoloff subsequently was suspended from clinical practice for providing reasonable medical exemptions to service members choosing not to receive the COVID injection. \nAfter hearing testimony at a January 24\, 2022 Roundtable from the whistleblowers’ attorney (Tom Renz)\, Senator Ron Johnson (Ranking Member of the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations) demanded immediate investigation of both DoD’s management of the disturbing adverse events reports (including data tampering claims) and possible retaliatory actions taken against the whistleblowers. \nDr. Sigoloff is the only physician in the US military that is suing the Secretary of Defense\, the Secretary of the Army\, and the commanding general at his duty station for these egregious actions.
